my name is luigi!! The room I have to offer is in a very good location on a secondary road its about a two minute walk from the main road and a very short walk from the police station, we are very clean and tidy people, so we are looking for the same type of people to share our house with. We have a really nice double room to rent looking onto a lovely garden. The room we are offering is a great size and would be suitable for a couple, there is a double bed, big wardrobe bed set and chest off drawers. The rooms window is facing a lovely garden. There is a very big KITCHEN which is fully furnished with (fridge, freezer ,mixer, microwave , oven, kettle) and much more. The LIVING ROOM is also a good size which includes ( sofa bed, small coffee table, dining table , tv , DVD player, there is also Italian channels available, 500 English channels and internet connection . There are three BATHROOMS, all are large in size with both a shower and bath. We have a big back garden with a gazebo, table chairs and a barbecue which is perfect for socializing with friends or to grab a few minutes study . There is also a great dining room equipped with a table and chairs ready for dinner parties. There is really good storage space if need we and a small front garden used for rubbish and bikes. The house is located just a 8 minutes walk from the nearest underground station , and it just takes 10 minutes by underground to baker street , oxford circus and Piccadilly circus , it just 15 minutes by bus to Camden town and there are many buses stopping in the local area which will take you everywhere .There is a Sainsbury's Superstore which opens till 10 pm and its less then a 5 minute walk from the front door of the house. The local area also has many small shops, banks and a library. we are looking for a friendly and tidy professional couple PLEASE NO DIRTY,STRANGE OR DOGGY PEOPLE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME THANKS. THE PRICE IS :: £500 (incl .rent, council, water, Italian and English TV channels internet, phone and tv licensing ) this price does not include the cleaner which will cost £2.50 per week. so your rent will cost £500 per month all incl.
