MARKETING ADVISOR

ACCOUNTABLE TO: Marketing Manager

WORKING HOURS: 47 hours per week

SALARY: £6.50 per hour

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and approachable individual to join the team in one of our busy learning centres.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Providing accurate information to the customers regarding courses and services available at TLE as well as company policies, procedures and regulations.
2 Identifying eligibility requirements and advising clients on holding necessary documentation.
3 Continual professional handling of confidential information retained in this role.
4 Presenting a positive image for the company over the phone and face to face.
5 Building new links and maintaining good working relationship with prospective organisations.
6 Achieving given targets and working towards outperforming the centres’ new learner targets.
7 Contacting clients who have done the Initial Assessment and encouraging them to come back for enrolment.
8 Managing the marketing strategy of your learning centre by providing suggestions to improve brand awareness.
9 Dealing with enquires of new as well as existing clients over the phone and face-to-face.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
1 Preferably educated to degree level in fields such as Marketing/Media/Business Management/Drama/ Communication studies.
2 Previous experience in Marketing/Sales would be an advantage.
3 Excellent communication skills and ability to build good relationships with prospective clients.
4 Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
